Coach Certification

Sport Bike New Certification (SB10024)

Description
This US Motorcycle Coaching Association (USMCA) Certified Coach course certifies existing motorcycle coaches. The USMCA does not train individuals how to become motorcycle coaches. We certify coaches to validate their coaching ability and back the individual as a recognized vetted motorcycle coach.

USMCA-certified coaches appear on MotorcycleCoaching.org, the network for riders and coaches, where riders and parents can connect to certified motorcycle coaches they can trust.

All USMCA-certified coaches must adhere to a code of conduct. They must also CLEAR* a national-level background screening, abuse prevention training, CPR/FirstAid/AED certification, plus complete Concussion, Cardiac, and Heat Illness awareness training. These requirements listed above are included in this course. Please note all coaches must train in the USA and be 18 years of age or older to become USMCA Certified.

* Review the US Motorcycle Coaching Association Background Screening Guidelines at https://usmca.org/background-screening-guidelines/.
NOTE: If a prospect coach meets any disqualifications, they will be notified via email and removed from the USMCA Certification process.
